The Subject Of The Order Is To Grant A Long-Term Loan In The Amount Of Pln 12,500,000.00 To The Tarnów Commune To Cover The Deficit And Expenses Of The Commune Budget For 2026 On The Following Conditions: 1) The Loan Will Be Collected In Tranches, The Amount Of Which Will Be Reported By The Borrower In A Written Instruction To Release The So-Called Loan Tranche. On Demand, With The Last Tranche Reaching The Bank Account No Later Than December 31, 2026. 2) Loan Repayment In Years And Amounts: A) 2027 - Pln 800,000.00 B) 2028 - Pln 1,300,000.00 C) 2029 - Pln 1,300,000.00 D) 2030 - Pln 1,300,000.00 E) 2031 - Pln 1,300,000.00 F) 2032 - Pln 1,300,000.00 G) 2033 - Pln 1,300,000.00 H) 2034 - Pln 1,300,000.00 I) 2035 - Pln 1,300,000.00 J) 2036 - Pln 1,300,000.00 3) The Amount Of Annual Capital Repayments May Change Depending On The Actual Use Of The Loan And Will Be Determined After December 31, 2026 (I.E. After The Final Date Of Loan Disbursement). If The Granted Loan Is Not Used In Full, The Installments Will Be Reduced In Proportion To The Loan Amount. 4) The Loan Will Be Repaid In Bimonthly Installments, Payable On The Last Business Day Of Each Month, Starting From February 26, 2027. The Installments Will Be Repaid In Individual Years In February, April, June, August, October And December. In The Event Of Liquidation Of The Wibor 1M Rate, It Will Be, By Agreement Of The Parties, Converted Into A Rate That Will Replace The Wibor 1M Rate Or A Rate Closest In Size And Nature To The Wibor 1M Rate Without Any Costs Borne By The Ordering Party.
