The 80:20 Rule Of Section 3 Paragraph 9 Vgv Applies. The Individual Lots Will Be Published As Separate Tenders. Because Of This, The Award Takes Place As Part Of An Open Procedure In Accordance With Section 15 Vgv, Regardless Of The Estimated Contract Value Of The Individual Lot.
