Tenders are invited for Provision of Wellhead Cutting and Related Services for Abandoned Wells in Onshore Operations. Bond: QAR 60000 Fee: QAR 200 Tender Issue Period: 01/10/26 - 07/10/26 Bid Closing Date: 26/10/26 Bond Validity: 25/03/27- (150) days from the Bid Closing Date Offer Validity: 23/02/27- (120) days from the Bid Closing Date Scope of Work/Description: 1.,,Contractor to provide wellhead cutting and related services for P &A wells, together with the necessary specialized personnel, equipment, tools, and associated services, on a call-off basis to support its Onshore operations within the State of Qatar. 2.,,The range of Services are as listed below and shall include but not limited to the following: 2.1,,Contractor shall carry out pre-job Site visit to access the Site conditions and prepare the required tools, equipment and resources necessary to perform the Services. 2.2,,Contractor shall submit a detailed program prior to the job indicating the existing casing sizes and grades, and demonstrating the suitability and capability of the Diamond Wire Saw Machine for the planned cutting operation. 2.3,,Contractor shall carry out cellar excavation and enlargement as required to accommodate the Contractors tools and to have enough space for Rig-up and Rig down equipment. 2.4,,Contractor shall provide all equipment and tools required for the wellhead cutting services, including, but not limited to, a Diamond Wire Saw machine with associated accessories, pressure gauges, pickup truck(s), a hydraulic mobile crane, and air-conditioned self-driven office portacabin. 2.5,,Contractor shall cut the wellhead below flanges as required, including conductor and all inner casings. 2.6,,Contractor shall provide cement blocks, soil, and other materials required for backfilling operations. Upon completion of wellhead cutting activities, Contractor shall place a cement block cover over the cut casing and subsequently backfill the cellar with soil. CONTRACTOR shall provide and permanently weld a durable identification plate onto the top of the cut casing surface. The plate shall be permanently marked with the corresponding well name. 2.7,,Contractor shall submit to Qatar Energy Site Representative a final job report indicating the tools used, different casings grades, operation details/log and final wellhead picture post cut. 3.,,Contract duration shall be sixty three (63) from the Effective Date, including three (03) months for initial mobilization and inspection. Note: a) Tender documents for the above services/works/goods can be obtained from the Dates of Issue within the Tender Sale Period. Tender Issue Time ends at 2 PM (local time) of the Sale periods end date. b) Suppliers and Contractors who are already registered with Qatar Energy via e-Registration system and are in possession of a valid SAP ID issued by Qatar Energy can buy the Tender document online using the Buy Tender Online link within the Tender Issue Period indicated above. c) Requests for issuance of Tenders after the specified Tender Issue Period will not be entertained. Qatar Energy reserves its right, in its own discretion, to set and recall Tender Issue Periods. d) No queries will be entertained, or bids received, from entities who have not purchased tender documents in compliance with the above provisions. e) All prospective Contractors/suppliers interested to participate in Qatar Energy Tenders are required to register and obtain a Qatar Energy SAP Vendor Code, a mandatory requirement for the issue of Tender Document. f) All bidders shall ensure that the business/company name, contact persons and other details in all relevant documents to reflect the details as stated in the commercial registration documents. g) Bidders/Contractors, who are registered with Qatar Energy and possess a Qatar Energy SAP Vendor ID, shall with immediate effect ensure that any change to the vendor details is updated with Qatar Energy via e-Registration to ensure smooth processing of Tender, Contract and Payment related matters without any delay.
