The Professional Areas Covered Are: Road And Foundation Work, Landscape Design, Concrete Work, Carpentry, Masonry, Electrical And Plumbing Work, Assembly Of Wooden Structures And Demolition And Environmental Remediation. The Contract Is A Performance Contract. The Work Is Organized As A General Contractor. The Delivery Is Governed By The Contract Provisions In Ns 8405 And Special Provisions In The Contract Basis.
