The Client Also Supplies Services Within Ict, Procurement And Archives To The Businesses In The Health Administration. The Client Has Locations In Trondheim (Head Office), Oslo, Tromsø, Moss And Svalbard. The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Ensure The Client Has Access To Consultants With Competence And Experience Where The Client Does Not Have Sufficient Capacity. And/Or Implementation Of Sustainable Procurement Strategic Development Of The Procurement Area. The Client Must Stand As Contracting Party In The Framework Agreement.
