The Object Of The Public Procurement Is Delivery By Purchase Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of Zop And Service Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Civil Code.The Subject Of The Order Covers The Supply Of A Total Of 9 New, Unused Motor Vehicles (Mv), Category M1, As Well As Their Servicing In Accordance With The Technical Specification And The Samples Of The Technical And Price Proposal For Each Individual Item - An Integral Part Of The Order Documentation.The Delivery Of The Vehicles, Subject To The Positions, Should Be Carried Out To Specified Administrative Addresses In The Territory Of The City Of Plovdiv, After A Prior Written Request To The Contractor Submitted By The Contracting Authority Or The Structural Units For Whose Needs It Will Be Used. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Employer And The Contractor, Are According To The Draft Contract, The Technical Specification, The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Contractor For The Relevant Position. ​​​​​​​
