The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Various Types Of Medical Devices/Consumables For The Needs Of A Clinical Laboratory.The Order Is Divided Into 7 (Seven) Distinct Items, Detailed And Described In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of This Tender Document. The Separate Items Contain Independent Nomenclatures. Separate Positions No. 1÷6) Will Be Assigned Through An Open Procedure Through The Cais Eop.Complexity Is Required To Participate In Each Featured Item.The Participants Offer All The Nomenclatures Included In The Specific Position For Which They Participate.The Term Of Execution Of The Public Procurement Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract.The Validity Period Of The Offers Is 6 Months.When Considering The Offers, The Appointed Committee Will Apply The So-Called Reversed Order, On The Basis Of Art. 104, Para. 2 Zop, In Connection With Art. 61 Of The Ppzop, The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Will Be Carried Out Before Considering The Documents For Compliance With The Selection Criteria. According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Zop The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Assign Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Eur 79,998.77 For Supplies And Services And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20% Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In View Of The Above, Separate Items No. 7 - Test Strips For Measuring Blood Sugar Will Be Awarded By Direct Procurement, As It Has An Individual Estimated Value Of Eur 25,521.60 Excluding Vat, Which Represents 2.2% Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order That Will Be Awarded Through An Open Procedure Through The Cais Eop.
