Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Implementation Of Investment And Structural Design For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Ruse, Including The Following Specific Positions:Separate Position No. 1 Investment Design Of Buildings And Facilities For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Ruseseparate Position No. 2 Investment Design Of Networks And Facilities Of The Technical Infrastructure For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Ruseseparate Position No. 3 Investment Design Of The Landscaped And Forested Areas And The Elements Of Urban Furniture For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Ruse;Separate Position No. 4 Elaboration Of Development Plans For A Specific Territory/Locality Falling Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Ruse Municipality And Other Research Activities.Separate Position No. 5 Development Of Schemes For Placement Of Movable Objects, Advertising Elements And Elements Of Urban Furniture According To Article 56, Paragraph 1 And Article 57, Paragraph 1 Of Zutthe Purpose Of The Present Procedure Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement, Which Does Not Specify All The Conditions For Awarding Contracts For Public Procurement For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Ruse.By Awarding This Contract, The Contracting Authority Seeks To Select Potential Contractors Of The Subject Of The Contract, Possessing Professional Qualifications And Practical Experience In The Field Of Investment And Structural Design, To Whom The Municipality Of Ruse Will Entrust The Implementation Of The Activities Under The Subject Of The Public Procurement.The Contracting Authority Envisages Concluding The Framework Agreements With 10/Ten/ Potential Contractors For Each Specific Position Separately.During The Procedure, Any Interested Person Can Submit An Offer To Participate For A Maximum Of 3 Separate Positions.The Term For The Implementation Of The Framework Agreements Is 4 /Four/ Years, Starting From The Date Of Signing The Relevant Framework Agreements:The Term Of Each Of The Contracts Is Determined By The Contracting Authority, According To The Invitation To Award A Service Under The Framework Agreement For A Specific Object.
