In The Implementation Of This Public Procurement, An Engineering Contractor Should Be Identified - Design, Construction And Exercise Of Authors Supervision Of The Site Reconstruction And/Or Rehabilitation Of A Section Of Municipal Road Rse 2020, Which Includes Reconstruction And/Or Rehabilitation Of A Section Of Municipal Road Rse 2020, In The Section From Km 2+920 To The Beginning Of The Village Of Bosilkovtsi With An Approximate Length Of 1.7 Km. The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes:​​​​​​​​​​​​- Designing - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Phase;- Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works For The Construction Of The Site According To The Approved Investment Project;- Exercising Authors Supervision During The Construction Of The Object. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Activities Assigned To Him In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Current Bulgarian Legislation, Including The Law On Territorial Planning And The By-Laws On Its Implementation. The Construction Is Second Group, Third Category According To Art. 137 Of Zut And Ordinance No. 1 Of July 30, 2003 On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types.Keep In Mind That The Selected Contractor Should Prepare A Project In The Technical Phase.
