The Scope Includes Delivery Of New, Unused Air-To-Air Inverter Split Systems, Installation And Connection Within The Specified Scope, Testing, Commissioning, Training, Technical Documentation And Warranty Service. A System Is One Compatible Set Of Indoor Unit, Outdoor Unit, Control And Necessary Factory Accessories.The School Is Mainly Heated With A Boiler. Air-Conditioning Systems Are Primarily Used For Cooling, And Heating Is A Limited Complementary Function, With No Requirement To Replace The Boiler Installation.Full Information On The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Described In The Technical Specification - Annex 1 To The Participation Documentationthe Total Estimated And Maximum Permissible Value Of The Public Procurement, Including The Envisaged Option, Is Eur 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand) Without Vat, Respectively Eur 120,000.00 With Vat At A Rate Of 20%.The Maximum Allowable Price For The Basic Supply And Installation Of 44 Air Conditioning Systems, Including All Ancillary Activities And Contractual Obligations, Is Eur 95,000.00 (Ninety-Five Thousand) Excluding Vat.The Contracting Authority Provides The Option With A Separate Maximum Financial Limit Of 5,000.00 (Five Thousand) Euros Excluding Vat, Including The Equipment And All Necessary Assembly, Installation And Accompanying Activities. This Limit Is Part Of The Total Eur 100,000.00 Excluding Vat And Is Not Added Above It. The Option Limit Does Not Represent A Fixed Consideration Payable. Only The Value Of The Actually Assigned, Performed And Accepted Performance, Determined According To The Agreed Unit Prices And The Order Of The Contract, Is Paid.The Term Of Performance Cannot Be More Than 20 /Twenty/ Calendar Days And Starts Running From The Day Of Conclusion Of The Performance Contract. When The Last Day Of The Performance Period Is Absent, The Period Expires On The First Present Day.The Term For Warranty Maintenance Should Last No Less Than 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance-Transmission Protocol, Unless A Longer Term Is Assumed In The Accepted Technical Proposal For A Specific Type Of Air Conditioning Unit That Is Being Applied.
