In The Implementation Of This Public Contract, Contractors For Construction And Installation Works For The Expansion Of An Existing Multi-Functional Sports Hall Or The Construction Of A Training Facility In The Town Of Byala Should Be Appointed Under Two Separate Positions.In The Scope Of The Public Procurement, Two Separate Separate Positions Are Envisaged, Namely:1. Separate Position No. 1 - Construction Of A New Training Base;2. Separate Position No. 2- Extension Of An Existing Multifunctional Sports Hall - Stands, Changing Rooms And Recovery Center.The Scope Of The Subject Of Each Specific Position Envisages The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Expansion Of An Existing Multifunctional Sports Hall And The Construction Of A Training Base In The Town Of Byala, Including: • Execution Of Construction - Installation Works, Including Supply Of Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization, Workforce And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And Quantitative Bills;• Warranty Liability In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 For Putting Construction Into Operation In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For The Implementation Of Smr, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Zut. The Warranty Terms Start From The Day The Construction Site Is Put Into Operation.An Investment Project Has Been Prepared, Agreed And Approved For The Site, Including Investment Project For Amendment Under Art. 154 Of The Zut For The Introduction Of Phasing In The Implementation Of The Object And A Construction Permit No. 32 Dated 06/27/2024 Was Issued To The Head. Architect Of Byala Municipality, Supplemented By Order No. 5/30.04.2026 Of The Chief Architect Of Byala Municipality To Introduce Phasing In The Implementation Of The Site.
