The Subject Of The Public Procurement: The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Winter Maintenance, Snow Removal And Sanding Of The Municipal Road Network In The Municipality Of Svilengrad During The Winter Season Of 2026-2027, Covering Municipal Roads On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Svilengrad With A Total Length Of 90,300 Km.The Various Activities Included In The Subject Of The Order Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification Attached To The Public Order Documentation.The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are According To: The Draft Contract; The Technical Specification; The Contractors Technical And Price Proposal.In Addition To The Requirements Contained In The Technical Specification, All Works Performed And Delivered Materials Must Comply With The Current (Currently Effective) Bulgarian State Standards Or Equivalent International Standards.​​​​​​​
