In Accordance With Public Procurement Law No. 19,886, Its Regulations And Modifications, The Ovalle Provincial Hospital Calls For Public Bidding From Companies Or Suppliers In The Sector, Natural Or Legal Persons, Chilean Or Foreign, As Well As Temporary Unions Of Suppliers, To Celebrate A Supply Agreement Of Reactive Strips For Determination Of Glucose With Lancets And Glucometers In Commodato, For The Hospital Provincial Of Ovalle, For A Period Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, Or Until The Reference Budget Is Exhausted, For A Timely And Adequate Supply Of These Products And Thus Guarantee The Correct Functioning Of The Establishment. This Process Will Be Carried Out Through The Information System Of The Public Procurement And Contracting Directorate Www.Mercadopublico.Cl, As Established In Law No. 19,886 And Its Regulations.The Administrative Bases And Their Technical Specifications Establish The Conditions That Will Govern This Tender And The Subsequent Contract That Is Concluded To Comply With This Objective.
