Air-Rescue Services – Procurement Procedure For The Operation Of An Rth Chr. Upper Swabia At The Ravensburg Location. The Client Intends To Award The Air Rescue Service At The Ravensburg Location For The Period From July 1St, 2028 To August 31St, 2051 (23 Years And 1 Month). The Implementation Of Air Rescue Is To Be Carried Out As A Task Of Emergency Rescue. The Service To Be Awarded Includes • The Provision Of A Suitable Rescue Helicopter And The Necessary Medical-Technical Equipment For The Operation Of The Rth Christoph Oberschwaben From Sunrise (At The Earliest From 7:00 A.M.) To Sunset Plus 30 Minutes; • The Construction And Operation Of An Air Rescue Station On Land Provided By The Ravensburg District In The Western Ravensburg District; • The Provision Of The Helicopter Pilots, Emergency Doctors And Hems-Tc Necessary And Suitable For The Operation Of The Rth; • The Implementation Of Primary And Secondary Operations (“Dual-Use Model”) In Accordance With The Relevant Legal And Administrative Regulations. Note On The Air Rescue Station: The Required Air Rescue Station In Ravensburg Does Not Yet Exist At This Point In Time. However, The Client Has Already Identified A Suitable Piece Of Land, Which The Successful Bidder Must Use By Concluding The Operator Lease Agreement With The Ravensburg District In Appendix 13 Of The Bb. The Property Owner For Part Of The Area Is Reischmann Immobilien Gmbh & Co. Kg, Which Has Granted The Ravensburg District A Leasehold Building Right. The Ravensburg District Has Concluded A Corresponding Land Transfer Agreement With The City Of Ravensburg For The Remaining Areas That Are Owned By The City Of Ravensburg. These Partial Areas Will Also Be Given To The Successful Bidder For Use As Part Of The Operator Lease Agreement. The Properties Are Located In The Western District Of Ravensburg, In The Schmalegg District. The Operator Lease Agreement Must Be Concluded With The Ravensburg District Immediately After The Contract Has Been Awarded. Accordingly, The Applicant Must Bear The Rental Costs From The Time The Contract Is Awarded. The Air Rescue Station Must Be Built By The Applicant At His Own Expense By Applying For And Obtaining All Necessary Permits In Accordance With The Specifications In Section 12.8.11 Bb And Section 5 Of The Service Description (Appendix 1 Of The Vu) By The Start Of The Service At The Latest. The Operation Of An Interim Location Is Not Necessary.
