Through This Tender, The Municipality Wishes To Contract One Contractor For The Delivery Of A Ris/Bis And All Associated Services, As Described In This Descriptive Document And The Program Of Requirements. The Scope Of The Assignment Concerns A Solution That Supports The Coherence Between Administrative Processes, Digital Accessibility And Transparency Towards Residents. The Solution To Be Contracted Is Expected To Support The Entire File Creation And Handling Process, Have A Fully Integrated Archive Function And Offer Options For Publication And Access To Information. The Support May Take Place Within The Ris/Bis Itself Or Through Integrated Links With Other Systems, Offering A Coherent Process For Users. In Addition, The Application Must Integrate Seamlessly With Relevant Existing Facilities And Supporting Systems, Including The Existing Meeting And Audiovisual Facilities. The Following Components Fall Within The Scope Of The Assignment: • Providing A Complete Ris/Bis (Acceptance And Production Environment) As A Saas Solution, In Accordance With All Stated Requirements As Included In Appendix 02 Schedule Of Requirements; • Facilitating Education/Training As Part Of The Adoption Of The Application; • Realization Of The Links Mentioned In The Schedule Of Requirements (Appendix 02); • All Associated Implementation Services; • All Relevant Documentation; • Secure Hosting Of The Offered Application; • Technical Management Of The Offered Application; • Updates And Patches During The Term Of The Agreement; • Support During The Management Phase, Laid Down In An Sla To Be Agreed Upon.
