Printing And Delivery Services – Bamberg City Administration Printing Services - Framework Agreement For External Printing Services. The City Of Bamberg Therefore Intends To Award A Framework Contract For Printing Services. This Includes External Printing And Copying Orders For The Organizational Units Of The City Of Bamberg, As Well As Delivery To Them. Within The Framework Agreement, Individual Orders (Orders) Are Placed In Accordance With The Following Provisions. The Framework Contract For Printing Services Will Be Concluded From January 1St, 2027 To December 31St, 2027. The Framework Agreement Is Extended By A Further Year Unless It Is Terminated In Writing Three Months Before The End Of Its Term. The Text Form Is Sufficient For Termination, § 126B Bgb. The Framework Agreement Ends No Later Than December 31, 2028. In The First Year Of The Contract Term, The City Of Bamberg Can Terminate The Contract Within The First Six Months Without Giving Reasons (Probationary Period). The Service Is Awarded By Means Of An Open Procedure (Eu) In Accordance With Section 14 Ii Of The Ordinance On The Award Of Public Procurement (Public Procurement Ordinance - Vgv), Without These Provisions Becoming Part Of The Contract. The City Of Bamberg Reserves The Right To Check The Self-Declarations. The Contractor Will Carry Out External Printing And Copying Orders For The City Of Bamberg During The Contract Term. Changes Or Additions To The Process And Requirements Must Be Possible At Any Time During The Contract Term.
