The District Of Gütersloh Is Building A New Fire And Rescue Service Center (Frz) In The Sürenheide District Of Verl, Directly On The City Limits Of Gütersloh, At The Project Location Helfergasse 2, 33415 Verl-Sürenheide. The Fire And Rescue Service Center Serves In Particular As A Fire Department Headquarters, District Fire Department School And District Control Center. The Center Houses Fire And Disaster Control, Rescue Services And Animal Disease Control. Construction Is Already Underway And, According To Current Plans, Is Expected To Be Completed By June 2028. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is Technical Commissioning Management (“Tibm”) Services. The Aim Of The Tibm Is In Particular A Structured And Cross-Trade Coordinated Commissioning, Functional Testing, Acceptance And Handover Of The Technical Systems, Taking Into Account The Functional Interfaces Between The Trades Involved. The Technical Commissioning Management Services To Be Awarded Are Based On Aho Booklet No. 19, 2Nd Edition 2018, Chapter 9 “Technical Commissioning Management Based On Vdi 6039”, And Are Specified And Supplemented By The Project-Specific Specifications Of The Awarding Authority. Flat-Rate Prices Must Be Offered For The Basic Services.
