The Subject Of The Public Procurement, As Well As The Specific Assignments (Contracts), Includes: 1. Preparation Of Appraisal Reports Determining The Equivalent Monetary Compensation For The Affected Properties (Agricultural Lands, Agricultural Lands With Perennial Crops, Urbanized Territories, Including The Legally Constructed Buildings In Question, As Well As Forest Territories), Subject To Compliance With The Regulatory Requirements; 2. Certification Of The Evaluation Report In The Relevant Municipal Office Agriculture, According To Art. 8, Para. 2 Of The Ordinance On Determining Prices For Agricultural Land In The Event That The Report Is Prepared Under This Ordinance; 3. Development Of A Draft Of An Appendix To The Reasoned Request For The Issuance Of The Expropriation Act, Containing Data On The Property (Number, Area, Location), The Affected Area, The Amount Of The Determined Compensation And Complete Information About The Owners (Three Names, Uniform Civil Number, Current And Permanent Address, Including Their Heirs).
