The Routes Mainly Transport Soites Internal Mail, Instruments, Material, Medicines, Samples And Aids From The Central Ostrobothnia Central Hospitals Logistics Center, Aid Center, Equipment Maintenance, Laboratory, Hospital Pharmacy And The Social Security Center Located In The Same Block As Described In The Service Description (Attachment To The Tender Request). The Routes Are Driven By Two (2) Vans On Weekdays. The Length Of The Contract Period Is 1.1.2027- 31.12.2029 (3 Years) And In Addition The Possibility Of Two (2) 12-Month Option Contract Periods. The Service According To The Procurement Contract Will Start From February 1, 2027 For Aid Transports And From January 1, 2027 For Others. The Welfare Region Of Central Ostrobothnia Acquires Transport Services According To Its Own Needs And Does Not Commit To Minimum Purchase Quantities. The Procurement Contract To Be Concluded Does Not Include A Quantity Purchase Obligation. The Service Description, Delivery Destinations, Routes And Schedules As Well As The Requirements Regarding Transport, Transport Equipment And The Provider, The Basis For Decision-Making And Other Relevant Aspects In Terms Of The Implementation Of The Procurement Contracts To Be Concluded Are Expressed In More Detail In This Request For Tender And Its Appendices. Before The Beginning Of The Contract Period, A Tracking Device Is Installed By The Customer In The Vehicles And Billing Is Done Based On The Tracking Device. Procurement Is Divided Into Two (2) Groups: Kanta-Kokkola Transports And Provincial Transports. The Price Is Stated In The Offer For Both Groups And The Basis Of Comparison Is The Cheapest Total Price (Scoring).
