The Ordering Party Guarantees The Order Of At Least 13,137 Hours In The Division Indicated In The Table, I.E. 50% Of The Maximum Scope For Each Function. The Remainder, Up To A Maximum Of 26,274 Hours, Constitutes The Normal Quantitative Scope Of The Contract And Is Not An Option Right. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claim For Hours Exceeding The Guaranteed Minimum.
