Lighting Equipment And Electric Lamps – The Spotlights Intended For The National Museums Exhibition Use And The Related Replaceable Optics. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Museum Offices / National Museums (Procurement Unit) Spotlights Intended For Exhibition Use In The Museum, As Well As The Related Replaceable Optics And Other Accessories Specified In The Request For Tenders (Goods). The Quantities Of The Products To Be Purchased And The Minimum Technical Requirements Are Presented In The Attached List Of Lamps. The Lamps Must Be Directly Mechanically And Electrically Compatible With The National Museums Existing Erco 3-Phase Light Rails. The Body Material Of The Lamps Must Be Aluminum. The Lamps Must Be Available With Replaceable Optics Specified In The Request For Tenders And Filters That Change The Color Temperature To Warmer And Colder Directions (Cold, Cold Plus, Warm And Warm Plus Or Similar). The Goods Must Have A Product Warranty Of At Least Five (5) Years. Warranty And Maintenance Services Must Be Available In Finnish. The Goods Must Be Delivered By January 29, 2027. The Selected Supplier Must Strive To Deliver The Goods As Soon As Possible After Concluding The Contract And, If Possible, Before The Deadline. A More Detailed Schedule Will Be Agreed With The Selected Supplier. In The Schedule, It Should Be Noted That The Goods Will Be Delivered During The Museum Opening Project. For The Aforementioned Reason, The Procurement Unit Reserves The Right To Change The Schedule Of The Dates Presented In The Request For Tenders.
