The Execution Of Deliveries Will Be Carried Out After Preliminary Written Requests Submitted By The Contracting Authority And Its Structural Units To The Contractor. Deliveries Will Be Made To The Administrative Address Specified In Each Specific Request In The Territory Of The City Of Plovdiv. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are According To: The Draft Of The Contract; The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority; The Contractors Technical And Price Proposal.
