With An Increased Need For Streamlining And Standardization Of The Purchase Of Standard Software And Supplementary Products (Support And Maintenance, Implementation And Training), The Ordering Party Wishes To Establish A Framework Agreement For The Procurement Of Products In The Form Of Standard Software, Which Is Compatible With The Ordering Partys Already Used Services Cf. Annex 2.1 (Use Cases), And Which Falls Within The Functional Requirements For The Framework Agreements Assortment. The Framework Agreement Includes Standard Software And Supplementary Products (Support & Maintenance, Implementation, Training). The Framework Agreement Also Includes Services In The Form Of Ad Hoc Consulting Services. For Further Details Regarding The Framework Agreement, Please Refer To The Framework Agreement And The Associated Annexes. The Tendered Framework Agreement Has A Term Of 6 Years. The Framework Agreement Can Be Extended Twice For A Duration Of 12 Months. The Total Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Expected To Amount To Dkk 320 Million. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Amounts To Dkk 450 Million. Dkk. The Consumption Can Only Be Regarded As An Estimate, And As A Result Is Not Binding On The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Has The Right, But Not The Obligation, To Purchase The Services Covered By The Framework Agreement From The Chosen Tenderer, Cf. The Framework Agreements Section 1.3
