The National Forestry Authority - Romsilva Wants To Purchase Tipper Vans (Category N1, Pick-Up Type, 4X4 Traction), Necessary For Carrying Out Specific Field Activities, The Transport Of Personnel And Materials Specific To The Forestry Field, As Well As For The Intensification Of Guarding And Monitoring Actions Of The Forest Fund, In The Structures Managed By The National Forestry Authority - Romsilva, At The Level Of Forestry Departments And Forest Areas Subordinates, By Concluding A Supply Contract With A Duration Of 12 Months (120 Days From The Date Of Placing The Order). Quantity: 50 Pieces Of Vans With A Minimum Warranty Period Of 36 Months Or A Minimum Of 100,000 Km. The Contracting Authority May Exercise, Before The Expiration Of The Initial 12-Month Period And Within The Limits Of The Approved Funds, The Option To Purchase A Maximum Of 5 Additional Vans, At The Same Unit Prices In Euros And Under The Same Technical And Warranty Conditions As For The Initial Quantity. The Option Is Notified In Writing And Recorded In An Addendum, Without Renegotiation Of Unit Prices. The Duration Of The Contract Can Be Extended By A Maximum Of 6 Months For The Execution Of The Option, Without Exceeding 18 Months In Total. The Maximum Quantity Is 55 Vans. The Option Does Not Represent A Purchase Obligation For The Contracting Authority; The Base Quantity Of 50 Vans Is Firm.
