The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service Consisting In The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Generated In Inhabited Properties And Partially Inhabited And Partially Uninhabited Properties In The Drawsko Pomorskie Commune, Collection Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Uninhabited Real Estate Where There Are Summer Houses Or Other Real Estate Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, And The Transport Of The Above-Mentioned. Waste To The Reloading Station In Mielenko Drawski Operating Within The Regional Waste Management Plant In Słajsin In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of National Law And Local Legal Acts. 1.2. For The Service Referred To In Point 1.1. Consists In Particular Of: 1) Collection Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Generated In Inhabited Properties And Partially Inhabited And Partially Uninhabited Properties, Uninhabited Properties With Summer Houses, Or Other Properties Used For Recreational Purposes In The Drawsko Pomorskie Commune And Transport To The Station Of The Following Types Of Waste: A) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste; B) Separately Collected Municipal Waste In The Form Of Paper And Cardboard Packaging And Paper And Cardboard; C) Separately Collected Municipal Waste In The Form Of Glass And Glass Packaging; D) Separately Collected Municipal Waste In The Form Of Plastic Packaging, Metal Packaging, Metal Packaging And Multi-Material Packaging; E) Separately Collected Biodegradable Municipal Waste; F) Furniture And Bulky Waste; 2) Updating Data On The Pgo, 3) Equipping The Pgo With Containers For Collecting Municipal Waste, With The Correct Color And Marking, And Ensuring That The Containers Are Maintained In Appropriate Technical Condition; 4) Equipping The Pgo With Bags For Collecting Municipal Waste, With The Correct Color And Marking; 5) Development Of Permanent Municipal Waste Collection Schedules; 6) Keeping Documentation Related To The Subject Of The Order.
