The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Investor Supervision By A Multi-Disciplinary Team Of The Investor Supervision Inspector, Together With Formal And Legal Support, Reporting And Settlement Of The Project In Accordance With The Content Of The Co-Financing Agreement, During The Implementation Of The Following Detailed Tasks: Task No. 1: Construction Of The Building Of The Oncological Rehabilitation Center Along With Land Development. Construction Of A New Three-Story Building With An Underground Garage Intended For The Oncological Rehabilitation Center In The Design And Build Mode. Task No. 2: Delivery Of Rehabilitation Equipment And Medical And Non-Medical Equipment For The Oncological Rehabilitation Center: A) Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Medical Equipment, Including Diagnostic And Therapeutic, Therapeutic And Rehabilitation Equipment For All Types Of Treatments, Therapies And Rehabilitation Carried Out By The Oncological Rehabilitation Center, B) Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of All Types Of Other Equipment, Including Administrative, Office And Social Equipment Intended For Patients And Staff Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Unit. 3. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Consists Of The Following Stages: 1) Stage I: From The Moment Of Concluding The Contract Between The Ordering Party And The Supervision Inspector To The Moment Of Concluding The Contract Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Of Design Documentation And Construction Works Under Task 1; Stage I Includes, Among Others: Support In The Process Of Preparing Swz And Support In The Process Of Conducting Public Procurement In Order To Select The Contractor For Design Documentation And Construction Works As Part Of The Implementation Of Specific Tasks; Assumed/Estimated Implementation Of Stage I Up To 4 Months From The Date Of Concluding The Contract With The Supervision Inspector, The Deadline For Developing Documents Constituting The Basis For Commencing The Procedure (Specification Of The Terms Of Reference With Attachments) Up To 1 Month From The Date Of Concluding The Contract With The Supervision Inspector, 2) Stage Ii: From The Moment Of Concluding The Contract Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Of The Design Documentation And Construction Works Under Task 1 Until Obtaining A Final Decision On The Construction Permit (After Which It Will Be Possible To Start Construction Works); Stage Ii Includes, Among Others: Supervision Over The Development Of A Construction Design; Expected Implementation Time Up To 5 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract With The Contractor Of The Design Documentation And Construction Works, 3) Stage Iii: From The Moment Of Obtaining The Decision On The Building Permit To The Moment Of Handing Over The Facility For Use, Including Final Acceptance Of The Facility, Preparation Of An Application For An Occupancy Permit, Obtaining The Occupancy Permit And The Necessary Documentation, Preparation Of The Building For Commencement Of Use; Stage Iii Includes, Among Others: Supervision Of Execution D
