Approximately 1,003,974 Liters Will Be Purchased During The Framework Agreement Period. The Technical Specifications Are Presented In The Specifications. Minimum Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Without Vat: 5,216,640 Lei Maximum Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Without Vat: 5,722,652 Lei Minimum Estimated Value Of A Subsequent Contract: 1,304,160 Lei Maximum Estimated Value Of A Subsequent Contract: 1,430,666 Lei; The Maximum And Minimum Quantities Related To The Framework Agreement Are According To The Annex Of The Specifications. The Maximum And Minimum Quantities Related To The Subsequent Contracts Of The Framework Agreement Are According To The Annex Of The Specifications. The Frequency And Value Of The Contracts To Be Awarded: The Quantities Provided In The Specifications Are Indicative And Do Not Constitute A Contractual Obligation.
