The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Selection Of A Maximum Of One Or Two Investment Service Providers Specialized In The Management Of Transition Operations, Whose Missions Will Consist Of: 1. Managing During The Transition Periods One Or More Portfolios Composed Of Financial Instruments Or Cash Which Will Be Entrusted To It By The Frr; 2. Execute, And, Possibly, Receive And Transmit For Execution During Transition Periods, Orders For The Purchase Or Sale Of Financial Instruments Emanating From Asset Managers. The Transition Periods Cover Periods Defined By The Frr During Which Investment Or Disinvestment Operations Of Significant Amounts Must Be Carried Out With A View To Setting Up A Portfolio Or In Order To Make Contributions Or Withdrawals Of Cash And/Or Financial Instruments Into An Already Established Portfolio (Including In The Form Of Transfer Of Assets From One Portfolio To Another).
