Overhaul And Refurbishment Work - Execution Of Works For The Objective Increasing The Energy Efficiency Of Residential Buildings In The Municipality Of Lupeni, Block F1, Strada Viitorului, Smis Code 348067. The Proposed Investment Aims To Reduce Energy Consumption, To Increase Energy Efficiency, Leading To A Substantial Improvement Of The Energy Performance Of The Building In Question, Respectively Increasing The Energy Efficiency Of The Technical Systems, As Follows: - Reduction Of The Specific Annual Consumption Of Final Energy For Heating; - Reduction Of Primary Energy Consumption And Co2 Emissions Block F1, Located On Strada Viitorului In The Municipality Of Lupeni, Has A Height Regime Of Sp+P+4E, Built-Up Area = 1106 Sq M, Undeveloped Area = 5,530.00 Sq M. The Building Was Built In 1977. The Building Is Used And Is Connected To The Utilities Of Electricity, Natural Gas, Water Supply And Sewage. The Project Provides For The Following Categories Of Works:  Thermal Insulation Of The Opaque Opaque Part Of The Facades By Installing Rigid Basaltic Mineral Wool, 15 Cm Thick, Thermal-Hydro-Isolation Of The Floor Above The Last Level. The Window Openings Are Lined With 4 Cm Thick Extruded Polystyrene;  Thermal Insulation Of The Glazed Part Of The Facade By Replacing The Exterior Carpentry, Including The One Related To The Access To The Housing Block, With High-Performance Thermal Insulating Carpentry. The Carpentry Must Be Equipped With Devices/Slots/Grills For Ventilation And Avoiding Condensation; Installation Of External And Internal Glazing;  Closing Balconies And/Or Loggias With A Light Structure - Bca Masonry, Where Applicable, And Heat-Insulating Pvc Carpentry;  Thermal Insulation Of The Floor Above The Last Level With Basalt Mineral Wool In A Thickness Of 30 Mm And The Thermal Insulation Will Be Protected With A 5 Cm Screed, Weakly Reinforced;  Thermal Insulation Of The Floor Above The Basement By Creating A Thermal System Made Of Rigid Basalt Mineral Wool With A Thermal Insulation Thickness Of 10 Cm;  Dismantling And Construction Of The Wooden Frame Type Roof With Metal Tile Covering With Volcanic Rock Cover And The Rainwater Drainage System Will Be Restored;  Repairing The Perimeter Sidewalks, Making A Ramp For People With Disabilities, Dismantling The Installations And Equipment Apparently Mounted On The Facades Of The Housing Block, As Well As Their Reassembly After The Intervention Works Have Been Carried Out; Relocation Of The Low-Pressure Natural Gas Installation, According To The Technical Project;  Restoration Of The Plastering And Interior Finishes Related To The Common Spaces In The Block (Staircase) Through Local Repairs In The Intervention Areas;  Installation Of A Photovoltaic Panel System On The Roof, For Each, To Power The Lighting Circuits On The Staircase. The System Will Include Photovoltaic Panels, Mounting Structure, Inverter;  Restoring The Lighting System On The Staircase And Replacing It With An Led Lighting System With Presence Sensors.  Installation Of A Lightning Protection Installation.
