The Bremen Plant Of Db Fahrzeuginstandhalte Gmbh Is The Competence Center For The Maintenance Of Large Diesel Engines And Drive Systems. As Part Of Engine Maintenance, Numerous Crankcases From Various Engine Series Are Mechanically Processed, Measured And Repaired Every Year. This Particularly Includes Engines From Mtu, Caterpillar And Cummins. The Crankcases Are Currently Being Processed On Several Existing Machines. In Order To Ensure Long-Term Manufacturing Capacity And To Modernize Machining, Measuring And Documentation Processes, A New Cnc Machining Center Is To Be Purchased. The System Is Intended To Combine The Processing And Measurement Of The Relevant Components In One Machine And Enable The Work And Testing Processes To Be Carried Out Largely Automatically. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is The Planning, Production, Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning, Training And Final Acceptance Of A Cnc Machining Center Including All Necessary Hardware And Software Components As Well As Integration Into The Existing Workshop And It/Ot Infrastructure Of The Bremen Plant.
