The Equipment Offered Must Be Brand New And Unused, Come From Current Production (Year Of Production: Not Earlier Than 2025), And Have Appropriate Certificates Allowing It To Be Sold And Used In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Free Warranty Service For The Equipment. 2) The Scope Of The Order Includes: Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Including Unloading And Bringing It To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 2 To The Swz. 3) Order Completion Date: Up To 30 Days From Receipt Of The Order. The Contractor May Shorten The Order Completion Date In Relation To The Required Deadline Indicated Above. The Offer That Provides For A Shortened Implementation Period Will Receive Points In The Evaluation Of Offers Using The Criterion Of Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer. 4) Delivery Address: University Of Silesia In Katowice, Delivery Management Department, Ul. Bankowa 14, 40-007 Katowice; 5) Required Minimum Warranty Period (Producer): 24 Months - Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol. 6) Required Service Response Time: No Later Than Within 4 Business Days From Reporting The Defect. 7) Detailed Terms Of Order Execution And Payment Terms Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 8) The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Additional Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order Regarding Social, Economic, Environmental, Innovation, Employment Or Confidentiality Aspects Of Information Provided To The Contractor During The Execution Of The Order; 9) The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For A Reserved Clause Within The Meaning Of Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law; 10) Due To The Type Of Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Obligation To Employ Under An Employment Contract Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law.
