Refuse And Waste Related Services - Provision Of Services For Preliminary Treatment Of Mixed Household Waste Generated On The Territory Of Stara Zagora Municipality, Including Separation And Transportation Of The Reduced Amount Of Household Waste For Disposal. The Public Order Includes Preliminary Treatment Of Mixed Household Non-Hazardous Waste With Code 20 03 01 From Ordinance 2 Of 23.07.2014 For The Classification Of Waste Generated On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Stara Zagora. Activities Include Pre-Treatment Of About 60,000 Tons/Year. Mixed Household Waste, By Separating The Waste On A Line - Owned Or Rented By The Selected Contractor, Designed And Built On Its Own Or Rented Site (Real Estate) On The Territory Of The City Of Stara Zagora And Its Adjacent Land, As Well As Transporting The Remaining Waste After Separation From The Separating Line To The Regional Center For Waste Management - Stara Zagora Site In The Land Of The Village Of Rakitnitsa For Disposal Or For Another Type Of Disposal. The Contractor Should Sort A Minimum Of 40% Of Waste Relative To The Total Weight Amount Of Mixed Household Waste Delivered By The Municipality Of Stara Zagora. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Implementation Of The Objectives Of The Municipality Of Stara Zagora Under Art. 31, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zuo, In Accordance With The Current Regulations. Before Handing Over The Collected Quantities Of Household Waste To The Separation Plant, The Contracting Authority Can Provide A Representative To Measure The Weight Of The Household Waste On A Vehicle Scale. The Waste Sorted From The Mixed Household Waste Received At The Separation Plant Is The Property Of The Contractor. The Waste, Which Is Unfit For Subsequent Utilization, Is Transported By The Contractor At His Expense To The Site Regional Center For Waste Management - Stara Zagora In The Land Of The Village Of Rakitnitsa For Disposal Or For Another Type Of Disposal. The Costs For The Design And Construction Of A Separation Installation With The Possibility Of Executing The Order Are For The Account Of The Contractor. The Costs For Transporting The Waste To The Separation Plant Are At The Expense Of The Contracting Authority, And The Costs Of Transporting The Remaining After Separation Waste From The Separation Plant To The Disposal Cell Of The Site Regional Waste Management Center - Stara Zagora In The Land Of The Village Of Rakitnitsa Or For Any Other Type Of Disposal Are At The Expense Of The Contractor. The Contractor Does Not Owe Payment Of A Deposit Fee Or Any Other Type Of Disposal, As Well As Deductions Under Art. 60 And 64 Of The Waste Management Act. The Contractor Shall Report His Activities With A Model Act Approved After Agreement Between The Contractor Selected And The Employer. It Is The Responsibility Of The Selected Contractor To Fully Organize The Operation And Maintenance Of The Installation, Including The Provision Of Workers And Supporting Equipment. The Site Must Meet The Requirements Regulated In Ordinance No. H-4 Of 06.2.2023 On The Conditions And Requirements That Must Be Met By Sites For Storing Or Treating Waste, For Locating Waste Treatment Facilities And For Transporting Industrial And Hazardous Waste.
