The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Delivery, Assembly And Installation Of A New Cathodoluminescence System (Cl System) Including All Necessary Subsystems, Control Components And Software As Well As The Connection To The Existing Scanning Electron Microscope (Sem). The Scope Of Services Also Includes Verification Of Functionality, Operator Training As Well As Service, Support And Warranty Services. The Cl System Must Be Compatible With The Existing Sem And May Only Consist Of New Components.
