The Object Of Procurement Is Primarily Orthognathic Surgery Planning As A Service, And Guides And Plates As Goods For The Pohjois Savo Welfare Area (Pshva) In Accordance With The Tender Documents. As Part Of The Patients Orthognathic Treatment, Jaw Transplant Surgery Is Performed Either On The Upper (Lefort 1) Or Lower Jaw (Bsso) Or Both (Bimax). The Osteomies Included In These Surgeries Are Performed In A Controlled Manner, Especially For The Upper Jaw And Sometimes Also For The Lower Jaw, In Order To Achieve An Optimal Surgical Result. In Connection With Guided Osteotomy, Individual Osteosynthesis Plates Are Also Used. Jaw Transplant Surgery Is Planned In Collaboration Between The Orthodontist, The Oral And Maxillofacial Surgeon, And The Service Providers Planner. The Planning Is Done Completely Digitally Based On The Patients Scanned Bite And Kktt Or Ct Imaging. In Planning, The Patients Anatomy Is Planned In A 3D Environment, Taking Into Account The Osteotomy Lines, And The Patients Jaws Are Moved To The Optimal Position.
