The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation And Implementation Of 60 Performances Using The Forum Theater Method And 120 Theater And Educational Workshops, Focused On The Prevention Of Mental Health Of Children And Adolescents In The Pomeranian Voivodeship - As Part Of The Project Entitled: A Better Future. Support For Pomeranian Psychiatry Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus (Esf+) As Part Of The European Funds For Pomerania Regional Program 2021-2027, Which Will Be Implemented Using The Following Tools, I.E. In The Form Of: 1) 60 Theater Performances Carried Out Using The Forum Theater Method Along With Providing Artistic, Organizational And Technical Resources Necessary To Achieve The Required End Result - Dedicated To Students Of Secondary Schools In The Pomeranian Voivodeship, 2) 120 Theater And Educational Workshops - Dedicated To Students Of Primary And Secondary Schools. Theatrical And Educational Activities Will Be Carried Out In The Manner Specified Below: 1) 8 Theater Performances Using The Forum Theater Method And 8 Theater And Educational Workshops Will Be Carried Out At The Contractors Premises, 2) 52 Theater Performances Using The Forum Theater Method And 112 Theater And Educational Workshops Will Be Carried Out In Total In Schools In The Pomeranian Voivodeship, And The Contractor Must Take Into Account The Number Of Theater And Educational Activities Specified Below, Which Will Be Carried Out In Each Poviat, I.E.: A) A Total Of 9 Theater And Educational Activities In Each County: Bytów, Chojnice, Człuchów, Gdańsk, Kartuzy, Kościerzyna, Kwidzyn, Lębork, Malbork, Nowy Dwór, Puck, Słupsk, Starogard, Sztum, Tczew And Wejherowo, And B) A Total Of 5 Theater And Educational Activities In Each City With County Rights: Gdańsk, Gdynia, Słupsk And Sopot. 2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled: A Better Future.
