Tenders are invited for Comprehensive cleaning services for Ministry of Justice buildings in the governorates of Al-Asimah, Hawally, AlAhmadi, and Mubarak Al-Kabeer (divided into two groups), Documents Price: 250KD Important conditions and instructions: 1- All documents must be submitted on a non-rewritable CD, except the bid form and bid bond which must be submitted as hard copies. 2- Indivisible. 3- A valid national manpower quota compliance certificate issued by the Public Authority for Manpower must be submitted with the bid. 4- A valid "To Whom It May Concern" certificate from the Public Authority for Manpower confirming no suspension on the tenderers file must be attached. 5- Small and medium enterprise owners are exempt from tender document fees pursuant to Article 39 of Law No. 74/2019. Bid Bond: 45,000 for group 1 45,000 for group 2 - valid for 90 days in favor of the Central Agency for Public Tenders. The offers should be submitted not later than 1:00 p.m. on the closing date mentioned above. The tenderers should observe the instructions related to submitting and depositing the offers on the CD posted on the website of CAPT at www.capt.gov. kw The above-mentioned price should be paid by certified cheque or Knet. Contractors/ companies should submit their enquiries to the interested body at time and place which are mentioned above of the pre-tendering meeting (inquiry session). Enquiries sent to CAPT will be disregarded. All documents should be submitted on CDs that cannot be copied, except for the text of the offer and the bid bond which should be submitted on paper. The certificate of observance of the national manpower employment rate issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, valid for one year, should be submitted with the offer. The tenderer should submit a current certificate issue to whom it may concern by the Manpower Public Authority stating that the file of the tenderer at the MPA is not suspended because of any of the violations specified in Article 10 of Law No. 6 of 2010 concerning Labor in the Private Sector. Offers that do not contain this certificate will be rejected. This announcement serves as an invitation to the tenderers to attend the envelope-opening session. Tenderers who wish to attend the envelopes-opening session should coordinate with the Envelopes Opening Section before the date set for opening the envelopes, and should bring the following documents to the session: 1. A copy of the Civil ID. 2. A written Authorization letter from the person who is accredited by the CAPT. 3. In the event of attendance by a person other than the authorized signatory, he should bring a letter signed by the authorized signatory accredited at CAPT designating the person who will attend the meeting. The owners of small and medium enterprises are exempted from paying the price of the tender documents, in accordance with Section 39 of Law No. 74/2019 concerning amendments to Law No. 49 of 2016 concerning Public Tenders. The owner of a small or medium enterprise should submit with its offer a valid certificate issued by the National Fund for Supporting and Developing Small and Medium Projects whereby it states that the tenderer is classified as a small or medium enterprise at the Fund.
