SAFE invites eligible contractors to submit bids for the project titled: Emergency Demolition and Debris Removal Works for Unsafe Buildings in the Gaza Strip implemented in partnership with UNDP/PAPP and funded by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in accordance with the conditions detailed in the Tender Dossier. Interested companies may collect the Tender Dossier from 26/09/2026until 03/10/2026between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM (Gaza time). Interested tenderers must be classified by the Palestinian Contractors Union (First or Second Class Buildings Category). must submit a copy of the classification certificate to collect the Tender Dossier. A pre-bid meeting to address any inquiries will be held on 30/09/2026at 11:00 AM at SAFEs main office (). The deadline for the submission of tenders (by hand) to SAFEs main office in Gaza, and the opening of tenders, shall be on 04/10/2026 at 1:00 PM (Gaza time). Tenderers shall submit a Bid Security in the form of a Bank Check, together with the Financial Offer. SAFE is not bound to award the tender to the lowest-priced bidder and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender. The awarded tenderer shall bear the costs of advertisements published in newspapers and other platforms used for announcing this tender. Bidders shall submit a Bid Guarantee in the amount of USD 10,000, issued in the name of ( - SAFE), in the form of a bank-certified cheque or bank guarantee, in accordance with the Tender Documents. SAFE reserves the right to cancel the tender or re-tender the procurement process at any stage, without providing any reason or justification, and without incurring any liability towards the Tenderers.
