The National Forestry Corporation Requires Contracting The Service Of Execution Of Comprehensive Construction Works Aimed At Enabling Health Services At The Heliborne Brigade Base Forest Fire Protection Department, For The 2026-2027 Season.The Service Includes The Complete Execution Of The Civil Works Necessary To Ensure The Correct Authorization, Operation And Commissioning Of The Facilities, Under The “Turnkey” Modality. This Includes, But Is Not Limited To, The Construction Of Foundations, Radiers, Structures, Building Works, Sanitary, Electrical And Gas Installations, As Well As All Completions And Complementary Works Required For The Final Delivery That Is Fully Operational And In Accordance With The Required Standards.Likewise, The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Provision Of Labor, Materials, Equipment, Tools And All Resources Necessary For The Correct Execution Of The Project, And Must Guarantee The Technical Quality Of The Works And Compliance With The Established Deadlines.The Successful Bidder Must Implement And Strictly Comply With All Preventive And Corrective Measures In Matters Of Safety, Occupational Health, Environment And Applicable Health Regulations, Ensuring That The Execution Of The Works Complies With Current Legislation, Good Construction Practices And What Is Established In The Technical And Administrative Bidding Bases.
