Through This European Public Tender, The Gaming Authority Wishes To Conclude An Agreement With One Contractor Regarding The Implementation Of The Helpline Function Within The Openovergokken Platform. The Assignment Involves Making Operational, If Necessary, And Subsequently Maintaining An Accessible, Independent Helpline For People Who Gamble, Relatives And Other Involved Parties, Whereby Sufficient Accessibility, Continuity, Expert Support, Appropriate Referral And Accountability Are Guaranteed. The Annual Price For The Implementation Of The Helpline Has A Minimum Price Of € 700,000 Including Vat Per Year And A Ceiling Amount Of A Maximum Of € 1,000,000 Including Vat Per Year.
