No special arrangement will be made for interested parties who arrive late for the briefing session. The cut off time is only 5 minutes, ther after doors will be closed. Completed documents with all the relevant attachments must be signed and submitted in a clearly labelled sealed envelop together with a USB and a proof of payment. Each bid costs R150.
