Tenders are invited for Civil Works, Supply of Furniture & Fittings, Mobility and ICT GOVERNMENT OF RIVERS STATE RIVERS STATE UNIVERSAL BASIC EDUCATION BOARD (RSUBEB) 16A ELECHI BEACH MILE ONE DIOBU, PORT-HARCOURT EXTENSION OF TIME FOR THE PURCHASE AND SUBMISSION OF THE 2023 (3RD & 4TH QTRs), 2024 (1ST 4TH QTRs) AND 2025 (1ST & 2ND QTRs) FGN/UBE INTERVENTION FUND INVITATION TO TENDER DOCUMENTS Date of extension of Invitation to Tender: 25th September, 2026 The general public, especially Prospective Contractors still interested in Tendering and Bidding for the 2023 (3rd & 4th quarters), 2024 (1st 4th quarters) and 2025 (1st and 2nd quarters) FGN/UBE Intervention Fund projects of the Rivers State Universal Basic Education Board, are hereby informed of the further postponement and extension of time and date of purchase and submission of Tender and opening of Bids originally advertised in the Wednesday 22nd July, 2026 edition of The SUN, VANGUARD and INDEPENDENT MONITOR newspapers to Tuesday 1st September, 2026 and subsequently extended in the Wednesday 1st September, 2026 edition of THE SUN and VANGUARD newspapers to Friday 11th September, 2026, then subsequently in the 11th September, 2026 edition of same Newspapers and 12th September, 2026 edition of the SURVEILLANCE Newspaper to 25th September, 2026. The new date for the purchase, submission, closing and opening of Bids is now further extended to Friday 9th October, 2026 by 12.00noon prompt at the Rivers State Universal Basic Education Board premises. By this, the effective closing date for the purchase, submission, closing and opening of tender document is Friday 9th October, 2026 by 12.00noon prompt. Tender Documents are still available for Purchase at a non-Refundable fee of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N150,000.00) only for Civil Works, Supply of Furniture & Fittings, Mobility and ICT. Please note: This extension is to enable the BOARD exhaust all the Lots advertised. Bidders with requisite capacity can bid for 2 lots per intervention year. All other information as contained in the INVITATION TO TENDER of Wednesday 22nd July, 2026 remains valid. All prospective contractors should please take note. We regret all inconveniences caused by this extension.
