The Envisaged Contract Is A Public Service Delegation Agreement Within The Meaning Of Article L14111 Of The General Code Of Local Authorities. The Contract Award Procedure Is That Of Public Service Delegations, Defined In Articles L. 14111 Et Seq. Of The General Code Of Local Authorities (Cgct), R.14111 Et Seq. Of The Cgct And R. 31211 Et Seq. Of The Public Order Code. The Procedure Used Is An Open Procedure.
