The Municipality Of Oberengstringen Wants To Inventory The Private Property Drainage Systems (Lew) Throughout The Municipality. For This Purpose, The Lew Of Around 600 Private Properties Are Examined Using Georeferenced Sewer Tv Inspections. The Project Perimeter Is Divided Into Six Study Areas, Which Will Be Worked On In Stages Between Mid-2027 And Mid-2033. The Aim Is To Record The Location And Condition Of The Private Lew, To Determine Any Need For Renovation And To Create The Basis For Updating The Gis-Based Work Cadastre. External Engineering Services Are Procured For The Technical And Organizational Implementation Of The Inventory. In A First Step, The Existing Procedural Concept Must Be Specified And The Submission For The Channel Tv Recordings Must Be Carried Out. A Detailed Concept For The Channel Tv Recordings Must Then Be Developed And Their Execution Coordinated And Accompanied. This Also Includes Preparing The Basics For The Sewer Cleaning Company And Information Letters To The Owners. After The Recordings, The Location And Condition Information Must Be Evaluated, Plans Drawn Up And The Owners Informed About The Current Condition, Need For Renovation And Necessary Actions. The Engineering Office Also Supports The Updating Of The Gis-Based Work Register. Direct Gis Tracking And The Planning And Implementation Of Private Renovations Are Not Part Of The Contract. The Processing Team Includes At Least One Project Manager And One Project Engineer.
