The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula For The Investment Called Construction Of The Center Of Folklore And Folk Culture Of The Łódź Voivodeship In Łowicz Along With Accompanying Infrastructure. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design Documentation, Including Documentation Necessary To Obtain The Required Opinions, Arrangements, Decisions, Permits And Approvals; 2) Development Of Interior Design, Development Of Greenery Design, Plantings With Visualization; 3) Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works; 4) Obtaining, On Behalf Of Or On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, The Required Administrative Decisions, Arrangements, Opinions, Permits And Approvals Necessary For The Design, Construction, Acceptance And Use Of The Facility; 5) Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment, Until The End Of The Warranty And Guarantee Period For The Completed Subject Of The Order; 6) Performance Of Construction, Installation And Assembly Works, Deliveries, Commissioning, Tests, Inspections And Acceptances; 7) Ensuring The Required Ownership And Specialist Supervision, Including Conservation, Archaeological, Dendrological Or Other Supervision Required By Applicable Regulations; 8) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Other Documents Required For The Proper Use And Operation Of The Facility; 9) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or Another Document Required By Law Enabling The Lawful Use Of The Facility; 10) Obtaining The Confirmations, Tests, Checks, Certificates Or Other Documents Required In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter: Pfu) Related To Achieving The Required Standard Of A Passive Building; 11) Performing All Other Activities Necessary To Achieve The Result Specified In The Procurement Documents.
