The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live, Located In The Raba Wyżna Commune, And The Management Of This Waste In A Way That Allows: A) The Commune To Achieve Appropriate Levels Of Preparation For Re-Use And Recycling Of Municipal Waste In Accordance With The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025 Item 733, As Amended); B) Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill In Accordance With The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And The Implementing Provisions Thereof; C) Failure By The Commune To Exceed The Permissible Level Of Municipal Waste Storage Referred To In Art. 3B Section 2A Of The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities. The Provisions Of The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Also Apply To Construction And Demolition Waste From Households, The Treatment Of Which, In Accordance With Art. 1B Section 2 Of The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, The Provisions Regarding The Management Of Municipal Waste Apply.
