Catering Services – Providing Barbecues For Events. The Assignment Concerns The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With One (1) Company For Providing On-Demand Barbecue Arrangements For Events At Defense Locations In The Netherlands, Including The Wadden Islands, As Well As At External Locations That Are Temporarily Or Permanently In Use By The Client. For Each Event, The Client Requests Packages And/Or Individual Products From The Range As Described In The Schedule Of Requirements (Appendix 3). The Packages Are Requested In Two Variants: (I) Pre-Cooked Products That Are Prepared By The Guests Themselves On The Barbecue, And (Ii) Non-Pre-Cooked (Raw) Products That Are Prepared Exclusively By The Contractor. The Client Provides The Reception And Guidance Of The Guests, (Standing And Buffet) Tables And Seating, Lighting, A Canopy In The Event Of Rain, Waste Provision And Processing, Hand Washing Facilities And Electricity And Water Supplies. The Contractor Takes Care Of Everything Else, In Such A Way That He Is Independently Able To Take Care Of The Barbecue (Including Gas Barbecues Including Gas, Personnel, Crockery, Cutlery, Napkins And Presentation/Decoration Materials). The Functional And Technical Requirements Are Included In The Schedule Of Requirements (Appendix 3).
