The Subject Of The Public Order Is The Renovation Of The Decontamination Rooms Of The Gastroenterological Center Krajská Zdravotní, A.S. - Masaryk Hospital In Ústí Nad Labem, O.Z.. Part Of The Scope Of Performance Is The Supply Of Medical Technology, In Particular Automatic Disinfectants For Flexible Endoscopes And Drying Cabinets For Flexible Endoscopes, Medical Furniture And Other Related Equipment, As Well As The Execution Of Construction Modifications In The Design & Build Mode, Including Verification Of The Existing Condition, Processing Of The Necessary Project Documentation And The Execution Of All Construction, Assembly And Installation Work Necessary For Proper Installation, Commissioning And Functional Connection Of The Supplied Medical Technology. The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Divided Into Two Stages: Stage I Includes Comprehensive Performance Consisting In Particular Of The Reconstruction Of Decontamination Room No. I, Including The Processing Of The Relevant Project Documentation, The Implementation Of The Reconstruction, The Delivery And Installation Of Medical Technology, Medical Furniture And Related Equipment, And The Commissioning Of The Entire Functional Unit. Stage I Also Includes Related Interventions In Other Affected Areas, Including Decontamination Room No. Ii, If They Are Necessary For The Implementation Of Stage I And Are Listed In The Technical Specification. Ii. Stage Includes The Remaining Comprehensive Performance Related To Decontamination Room No. Ii To The Extent Specified By The Technical Specification, With The Exception Of Works And Deliveries Already Carried Out Within The Framework Of Stage I, And Represents A Reserved Change Of Obligation According To Article 2.3 Of This Procurement Documentation, Which The Contracting Authority Is Entitled, But Not Obliged, To Use Under The Conditions Set By The Procurement Documentation And The Contract.
