The Subject Of This Public Contract Is To Provide Support For The Operation And Development Of Application Software For Insurance Benefits (Hereinafter Referred To As The System). The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Order Is Mainly The Following Services: - System Takeover Services - Including, Among Other Things, The Preparation Of The Servicedesk Tool And The Implementation Of Monitoring Based On The Takeover Plan Drawn Up By The Supplier (Hereinafter Referred To As Takeover Services); - System Operation Support Services - Incl. Monitoring Of The System, Provision Of Administration And Maintenance Of The System, Support Of Its Users And Provision Of Support For The Operation Of The System (Hereinafter Referred To As Operation Support Services); - System Development Services According To The Clients Requirements And In The Implementation Of Training For Key Users, Methodologies, Administrators And End Users Of The System (Hereinafter Referred To As Development); - Expert Support Services For The Operation Of The System - In Particular Provision Of Reconfiguration And Parameterization Of The System, Carrying Out Separate Analyzes Related To The System And Modifications Of The System Without The Need To Intervene In The Source Code (Hereinafter Referred To As Expert Support Services); And - Services For Termination Of The Performance Of The Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As Exit Services). (Takeover Services, Operations Support Services, Development, Expert Support Services And Exit Services Collectively Referred To As “Services”). The Services Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Information And Communication Technology Standards Of The Contracting Authority, The List Of Which Is Given In Annex B6 Of The Agreement And The Current Wording Of Which Is Provided By The Contracting Authority For The Purposes Of Submitting The Offer As Annex G (I.E. The Standards Of The Contracting Authority In The Current Wording). The Detailed Specification Of The Services And The Outputs And Activities Implemented Within It, Including The Manner Of Their Fulfillment And Relevant Conditions, Is Set Out In Appendix B – Binding Sample Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Agreement” Or “Binding Sample Agreement”) And Its Annexes.
