The Assignment Includes The Delivery, Implementation, Operation And Support Of A Software-As-A-Service (Saas) Bor Management System (Green And Road Disciplines) For The Municipalities Of Maasdriel And Zaltbommel. The Assignment Includes: • Making The Necessary Saas Licenses And Hosting Available During The Contract Period; • The Migration Of Data From Current Management Systems; • The Implementation, Configuration, Design, Testing And Ready-To-Use Delivery Of The System In Accordance With The Program Of Requirements; • The Realization And Commissioning Of The Connections Prescribed In The Schedule Of Requirements; • Providing Training For End Users, Functional Managers And Application Managers; • Providing Helpdesk And Support Services During Office Hours (8 A.M. To 5 P.M.), With A Response Time For Critical Failures Of Up To One Hour; • Carrying Out Technical Management, System Management, Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, Updates And Upgrades During The Contract Period. The Total Estimated Contract Value For Both Municipalities Together Is € 647,500 Excluding Vat Over The Entire Term, Including The Extension Options, The Possible Purchase Of Optional Modules And The Possible Bridging Extension. This Estimate Is Based On The Current Price Level. The Agreement Contains An Annual Indexation Arrangement. No Rights Can Be Derived From The Estimate. The Actual Order Value Depends On The Actual Term Of The Agreement, The Purchase Of Optional Modules And The Application Of The Indexation Scheme. The Client Is Not Obliged To Use The Extension Options Or To Purchase Optional Modules.
