In Terms Of The Condition Of Technical Or Professional Capacity, The Ordering Party Does Not Apply Capacity Levels In Accordance With The Act On The Certification Of Public Procurement Contractors, Because No Capacity Levels Have Been Specified For The Subject Of This Contract. 3. Contractors May Apply For The Contract Jointly. In Such A Case, Contractors Appoint A Representative To Represent Them In The Contract Award Procedure Or To Represent Them In The Procedure And Conclusion Of A Public Procurement Contract. 4.
